What is your return policy?
At Kofra our goal is to provide our customers with incredible service, as well as delicious coffee.
We want you to be happy and so we strive for our returns policy to reflect that.
As coffee is perishable and roasted to order, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. But don't worry, we are here to help!
If there is an error with your order or you were dissatisfied with your coffee, please contact us at management@kofra.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase and our expert customer support team will help you out and make sure you track down your soon-to-be favourites!

Can Gift Vouchers be used online?
No, unfortunately not at the moment. It is something we are working on.
Do you ship worldwide?
This option is not currently available on our website, but please don't hesitate to contact us directly for a custom quote if you would like to ship outside mainland UK.
Are you open on Bank Holidays?
Yes, always!
Do you have parking?
We have parking accessible at all three of our stores.
Onley Street has free on-street parking directly outside the store and Upper St Giles has paid on-street parking.
Are your take-away cups compostable?
Yes! We may be a small business but we very conscious of the environment. All of our takeaway cups and one-use items are fully compostable.
